Some of the best cardio workouts I have ever had have been in a Hip Hop Cardio class. I love the bold moves and the flavor of music. Hip Hop Cardio is a great way to achieve your cardio because you will get encouragement from peers and a trainer in a class setting. It is fun and energetic, which differs from the same old run on the treadmill, and it helps you achieve aerobic and anaerobic benefits.

If you love Zumba, you will love Hip Hop cardio. Why? They are very similar. Think about it. Both have awesome music, fun and energetic trainers, fun but doable dance moves, and the ability to jam it out with your workout peers/friends. The aerobic benefits include getting your heart pumping and your heart rate up, which promotes cardiovascular health. The anaerobic benefits include strengthening of your thighs, glutes, calves, abs, and arms. What is even better is that Hip Hop cardio is a low impact workout that doesn't put the stress on your knees and feet like running does. Additional benefits include increased flexibility and elasticity of muscles and joints and improvement of range of motion. Hip Hop cardio will help you lose weight, lower your blood pressure, reduce stress, and boost up your energy.
